Podcast – VCU @ URI, Interview w/ Bill Shelton

Submitted by admin on November 24, 2008 – 10:37 am3 Comments

In this podcast, we talk about VCU’s performance against the University of Rhode Island Rams. Foul trouble, and dependence on Eric Maynor caused VCU to struggle as a team a suffer their first loss of the season. We call Bill Shelton (surprise call) to talk about the game and what he thinks needs to be done moving forward. Everybody is talking about WHO is going to step up and be a standout player (aside from Eric Maynor)… so don’t forget to vote on our new poll, and listen to our discussion of who we think will make the cut.

Love the site. You guys are doing an awesome job. Enjoyed hearing you talk about “Deflected Balls.”

This team could go be really good and/or incredibly frustrating this season. The young guys will have to play like veterans for the pre-season predictions to come true. If that happens, we’re gonna kick some serious ass!

Look forward to seeing you guys at the Coaches Show and games this season. Would like to get a nice crew of fans together to watch some upcoming away games.

Bill Shelton is a rock star. I’m digging the intensity. Does he do any motivational speaking ?

  • Bill Shelton is a rock star in his own right. Great thing about it, that’s his natural intensity.

We’ll catch you at a coaches show.

Thanks for the props, keep checking back to vcuramnation.com
