Video – Women’s – ODU @ VCU

The Rams grab a huge win at home in front of a record setting attendance.  The Black and Gold knock off the ODU Monarchs to take a first place tie in the CAA.  This win against ODU is the first time since the ’02-’03 season for VCU.  Watch as Quanitra Hollingsworth grabs a double double and gets help from her teammates to get the win.  VCU Ram Nation’s Mat Shelton gets a little help from VCU Guard, Joey Rodriguez, when breaking down what the Rams must do to take the CAA.

    The game was great today. Glad to see so many out there supporting. They played great as a team. Q is obviously fantastic, but so many others had critical points in today’s game. Radoslava was great beyond the arc, Kita hit a big three down the stretch and had some crucial steals, D’Andra and La’Tavia were exceptional too. I think in the coming years Jennifer Lane is gonna be fantastic. She shows spurts of being a great PG as of right now, another year and game experience and she is gonna be tough for other teams to handle. She is a real athlete for sure. Exciting times to be a Ram fan, no doubt about it!
