It was a nail-biter as VCU fans watched the ODU / Hofstra game come down to the last 3.8 seconds. ODU had the lead at 52-51, Hofstra put the ball in the hands of Charles Jenkins, but Jenkins wasn’t able to get a good shot through. This means VCU will face ODU tomorrow for the 3rd matchup of the season. Gerald Lee put up 18 points in the first half, 30 points total – a force that VCU must be prepared for tomorrow. Despite having to play a tough ODU team tomorrow, the fans have got to be enthusiastic about the rivalry, and this certainly will turn the Coliseum into a packed house.
