He definitely is a coach committed to his team and the prospects he recruits. Also according to some articles I read about him, he's not one to go back on his word. Integrity and Dedication will drive him far in a sport that desperately needs it. I think he's a great candidate for our head coach. And though it's not right to have great expectations of him in his first year, we can't help but have expectations of him, and we can only wonder at how he'll do in his first year as head coach.
