6’2 Wing Brandenburg, First 2010 Commitment

0108rf61339-0590ls4cRichmond, VA. – Coach Shaka Smart’s Ohio ties have paid off in the form of 6’2 wing Rob Brandenburg.  Brandenburg seemingly came out of nowhere having just cracked the Gahanna High School varsity squad his junior season.  Rob wasted no time in making an impact though and continued his solid play throughout the summer resulting in several D1 offers.  A recent visit to the capitol city sealed the deal for Brandenburg as he becomes the first recruit of the 2010 class.  

“It was just a matter of time,” said Brandenburg.  ”When I was on campus I knew it was the place for me”.
