VCU has landed it’s latest commitment in 6’2 combo guard Briante Weber out of Great Bridge High in Chesapeake. Averaging 17 points, eight rebounds, and five assists as a senior this past season, Weber, young for his class, will play one prep season at Fork Union before joining the Rams in 2011. The 9-point home victory against the Memphis Grizzlies was the Thunder’s 50th of the season, good for the greatest turnaround among all NBA teams this year.
