You know ESPN had to be excited to pair up the two teams who have knocked off powerhouse Kansas the last two years in the NCAA tournament.  Both the Rams and the Panthers made improbable runs in March recently and this game didn’t disappoint as the Rams got the win 77-68. VCU (21-5, 12-2) stretched their win streak to 10 tonight as the Rams blasted Towson (1-25, 1-13) 66-43 in front of yet another sold out Siegel Center crowd. Bradford Burgess lead the Rams with 22 points, his first double-digit scoring performance in his last five games.
