    In that case:

    VCU- 100
    Mem- 59

We're not giving up 100 in one game.

We had the game won. Our stall game hurt us at the end IMO. Our game changed with about 5 minutes to go....or we stopped playing our game. I do not believe Indiana took us out of our game.....we took us out of our game. Regardless....hopefully the players and coaches have considered how we can best end such games on a positive note.

Maybe for this game. And yes, I do think we will score more this year. We have better options and unlike last year the guys will be looking for their shot instead of Brads. It s not as if Brad averaged hi twenties (20's). Ju, Tre, Darius, Troy, Rob, Burgess, and MJohn will be more than able to put up big numbers in tandem.

I think VCU ran out of gas late in the game, Brad & Theus in particular, too many minutes played at havoc pace. i don't like to 2nd guess but i'm thinking Shaka had little choice given the energy they had left. Hopefully this year the coaches will be able to coach with more of an ACL mentality and trust the bench.

I disagree. These young men are in the best shape of their lives. If anything, the prseason drills and playing HAVOC all season puts them in better shape. Once the NCAAT kicks in, it's two games a week with limited travel. That's not overly taxing for the condition these young men are in. We just got beat. Indiana started getting production down the stretch from their big man and we didn't have an answer.

If we had been in the A-10 we would have beaten Indiana without question. It was solely because we were in the CAA at the time that we lost. I know @DCDuck agrees.

That crazy dude with the beard was a matchup nightmare and started putting away threes like he was Jesus Shuttlesworth. Thats what happened. When we got the final possession I thought the game was won. Rob should have made the shot, really Brad should have been the one shooting. But I digress. We got the final possession in a game against a top 5 team with what I think is the best Center is division 1. That is all you can ask for, not even Kentucky got that against this indiana team (regular season) we just needed to close.

Shaka talks about how Havoc wears teams down in the late going....taking awy their legs enough to make their shots short. Two days after a hard fought win, kyou SHOULD wonder if our legs lost a bit resulting in short shots. Buuuut, sometimes, the ball just doesn't go in or the runs don't work right for your team with the clock.

I think getting that final possession and an open look at the win is exactly what you want in that game. The play call was beautiful I just think the positions should have been flipped. Troy and Brad should have been on that side instead of Rob and Brad. I want that shot to go to the senior everytime.

Christian Watford would have pooped his shorts and curled into the fetal position upon seeing that hideous intimidating "A10" logo on our jerseys.

The logo wouldnt have helped then or now. Fact is Watford is a 6'9" shooter. Basically every shot he took was like taking a wide open shot.

In the 40th minute of a game played at that pace, conditioning is out of the window, everyone has tired legs. Indiana just made one more shot than we did.

cvanvol, If Troy and Brad are on that side of the floor Darius is either shooting a contested layup or turning it over. There was no way Indiana was leaving either of those two guys.
