Duck, does their one win constitute a winning streak? How about when they almost win? Is that treated differently than it is for other schools?
University of Richmond spent $4,000,000 in travel expenses last year (and they had football) in A-10. VCU spent $3,000,000 in CAA without football. I believe our anticipated increase in expenses ($150,000) is realistic.
you guys (read: duck) complaining about travel expenses are getting stomped on right now. numbers don't lie, sources do(that's for @Mistachill)!

Bingo, Doc! The only way it's a "spin-doctored" number is if you're using the 2009 season ($1 million) as your baseline. VCU charters have been flying for a few seasons now.
CAA commish unhappy with level of communication from VCU http://www.caazone.com/2012/05/16/caa-commish-unhappy-with-level-of-communication-from-vcu/
He's delusional. All he had to do was click on the CBS website or open the paper. When GMU made an official "we're staying" announcement and VCU (and odu) didn't follow suit, what did he really expect? More importantly, when the CAA made the decision to pull football away from the A-10, WHAT DID HE REALLY EXPECT???
On top of that, your by-laws are what they are. You tried to push a vote to raise the exit fee. WHAT DID YOU REALLY EXPECT???
