Jordan Burgess vs. Mo Alie-Cox

We took a trip over to Benedictine to watch 2012 recruit Jordan Burgess battle against 2012 recruit Mo Alie-Cox. Jordan took off in the 2nd half, topping his game off with 18 points, 8 rebounds, 2 steals, while Mo settled with 6 points, 6 rebounds, 3 blocks. Very exciting to see two future Rams battle it out in one of the oldest gyms in the state!

Benedictine junior, Jordan Burgess, has given his verbal commitment to join Shaka Smart’s Rams upon his graduation in 2012. If the name looks familiar, it’s because he is in fact the younger brother of VCU’s own Bradford Burgess, and somewhat of a physical clone at 6’5 200 lbs (according to ESPN.com).
