Caressa Cameron upraded her Miss Virginia crown for a brand new Miss America headpiece last night. The Fredericksburg native is a broadcast journalism student at VCU with aspirations of becoming an anchor (what better place to get your start than doing some stand up with VCU Ram Nation?).
