The Siegel Center saw a familiar face return Monday night as the Rams hosted the Radford Highlanders. After upsetting Georgetown in double overtime over the weekend, former VCU Assistant, Mike Jones, would lead Radford as they tried to come up with the upset once again.
Unfortunately, Coach Jones’ return would not be a very welcome one. VCU played it tight with Radford until going into halftime. Once the second half started, it was all VCU.
