Rams to host Hartford grad transfer Pancake Thomas today

VCU basketball will bring Hartford grad transfer Cleveland “Pancake” Thomas to campus today. The 6’3 guard averaged 18.9 points, 6.4 rebounds, 2.8 assists and shot 42.6% from three-point land this past season with the Hawks, earning second-team All-America East honors along the way.

VCU has been involved with a number of similar grad transfers this season, losing out on Memphis transfer Avery Woodson to Butler, then most recently Richmond native and Nebraska transfer, Andrew White III, to Syracuse.

The Rams have one scholarship left to give for next year’s team.
