VCU picked up a late commitment today with the signing of 6’3 Sheridan College JUCO guard, Xavier Jackson. Jackson’s JUCO school tweeted the news earlier Friday.

The Hinesville, GA native played in 30 games this past season, averaging 13.2 points, 7.1 rebounds and 3.4 assists for Sheridan while shooting 35.9% behind the three-point line. He’ll have two years of eligibility remaining.
Jackson’s commitment fills what was the final available scholarship on next season’s roster.
