The Basketball Tournament released this summer’s bracket today and Ram Nation will start our journey as the No.2 seed in the South Region at the Siegel Center. The team of mostly VCU alumni legends will take on the winner of a play-in game between Tampa 20/20 and Cancer Plus 1 in Ram Nation’s opening game on July 14.
Tickets to that contest are available through the Siegel Center box office.
Ram Nation played as the No.2 seed in last season’s tournament as well, advancing to the Regional final, coming up just short against top-seed and three-time champ, Overseas Elite. Elite will once again play as the No.1 seed at the top of the bracket and could face an ODU alumni team, Monarch Nation, in their second game.
