Briante Weber joins Ram Nation TBT team for Super 16

It’s official: Briante Weber will make his debut with team Ram Nation next week as our group of VCU alums travel to Atlanta for the Super 16, competing for a $2 million prize in The Basketball Tournament. Weber will no doubt bring his competitive energy and defensive prowess to a roster that is already stacked with offensive ability.

Weber is currently a free agent, coming off of two stints in the 2017-2018 NBA season with the Houston Rockets (13 games played), and the Memphis Grizzlies (5 games played). The Grizzlies did not extend Weber’s contract, making him a free agent and thus eligible to play with our Ram Nation TBT team.
