We sat down to talk with VCU guard KeShawn Curry, who is having a breakout sophomore season. He has seen his playing time rise to 15.9 minutes per game, where he’s averaging 4.2 points per game and 2.7 rebounds per game (3rd highest on the team). He is known for his ability to be at the right place on the court at the right time, a skill he tells us he developed from playing 21 as a kid.
KeShawn talks with us about his journey to VCU, growing up in Jacksonville, FL, to playing ball at Fork Union, a school and program that taught him many life lessons he carries with him today.
