We sat down with Bones Hyland for a Zoom interview to talk about his development this offseason. He talks about his experience playing pickup with pros in the offseason, how the team is adjusting to a new, younger lineup, and his reaction to the “boneyard”, among many other things.
Nah’Shon “Bones” Hyland started 9 games as a freshman last season, averaging 9 points per game, and setting a VCU freshman record with 63 three-pointers. His debut as a freshman marks the highest average points per game from a freshman in over 20 years at VCU.
