Recap: VCU was back in action Tuesday evening at the Siegel Center as they hosted Western Carolina from the Southern Conference. Behind sophomore Bones Hyland’s team high 31 points, Coach Rhoades and the Rams got their 4th straight win of the season as they beat the Catamounts, 93-68.
Notables:
- VCU turned the ball over 8 times to WCU’s 20.
- Rams had 4 players score in double digits. (Hyland 31, Watkins 15, Douglas 11, Williams 10)
- VCU shot 59% from the field, connecting on 37 of 63 shots.
- VCUs bench outscored WCU’s 33-10.
