Recap: After a brutal loss to Jacksonville on Wednesday, VCU looked to break the 2 game losing streak as they host Howard Sunday evening. Grad senior Brandon Johns Jr would step in in the absence of junior Ace Baldwin, leading all Rams in scoring with 16 in the 70 to 60 win.
In a game that only saw 2 lead changes, it felt closer at times than Ram fans would like. VCU’s largest lead was 12 and the black and gold would hold that lead for 32 of the the 48 minutes
Next Game: VCU will host Radford Wednesday December 14th at 7pm. The game will be televised on ESPN+/MASN.
