Belle is a highly versatile forward who averaged 17 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2.2 steals per game with Strasbourg in the French U21 league this past season.
Belle has been considered one of the top international players available in the 2023 class. His recent visit to the states included just two schools – VCU and Dayton.
He is new VCU head coach Ryan Odom’s first commitment outside of the transfer portal, from which Odom has built an impressive roster including Joe Bamisile, Jason Nelson, Roosevelt Wheeler, and Sean Bairstow and Max Shulga (from Utah State).
