This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Coaches Cook-Off in Richmond, an event that brings together basketball coaches from Virginia Commonwealth University, Virginia State University, University of Richmond and Virginia Union University. New VCU head coach Ryan Odom will face off against University of Richmond rival coach Chris Mooney and others in a culinary battle royal where coaches and their chefs compete to put together the best dish.
The event is a fundraiser to benefit Commonwealth Autism, a local non-profit created to support community inclusion for Virginians with autism.
