The Atlantic 10 released it's 2018-19 conference pairings today, matching VCU up in home-and-homes with Rhode Island, Dayton, Richmond, George Mason and George Washington. The matchup against defending champ URI is the first time the conference has paired these two rivals up in a home-and-home series since VCU joined the conference for the 2012-2013 season.
VCU will play road only games at Duquesne, Fordham, St. Bonaventure and Davidson. The Rams defeated Fordham twice this past season, took down Duquesne at the Siegel Center in the only matchup between the two, but lost home contests to both St. Bonaventure and Davidson.
The black and gold will host a pair of Philly schools in La Salle and Saint Joseph's as well as welcome Saint Joseph's, UMass and Saint Louis to the Stu in their only regular season matchups with those five schools this upcoming season.
