The Rams showed little concern for the cold outside as they scorched the Tribe of William & Mary, 90-70.

Joe Bamisile led all-scorers on the afternoon with 20 points on 9-15 shooting from the floor. Zeb Jackson followed with 14 and Max Shulga with 13.

Jack Clark was the fourth Ram to break into double-digit scoring as he posted an 11-10 double-double.

Rounding out the double-digit scorers was Michael Belle who knocked down 10 points.

In total, the Rams tallied 54 points in the paint—60% of their output on the afternoon—compared to William & Mary's 28.

While just barely controlling the rebounding margin, 38-36, the Rams capitalized on their offensive second-chances scoring 26 points on the extra effort.

At around the six minute mark in the first half, the Tribe took a 5-point lead behind a pair of triples.

The lead swapped 7 more times before the end of the half.

There were 12 lead changes on the afternoon.

A basket by the Tribe brought them within two points of the Rams, but back-to-back dunks from Luke Bamgboye started VCU on a 17-3 run.

The Rams controlled the remainder of the game; including a lead that extended to 26-points at its highest.

The Rams closed out the non-conference portion of their schedule with a record of 10-3.

VCU will return to action on Tuesday, Dec. 31st as they take on the Bonnies of St. Bonaventure as their first game of the A-10 season. Tip-off is set for 2pm ET and will be broadcast on ESPN+.
