Coach Smart will add Jeremy Ballard to his staff. Jeremy spent 5 years as an assistant at University of Tulsa, during which he led the team to 109 total victories, including three seasons with 20 or more wins.
Jeremy Ballard has this to say about joining the VCU staff:
