We sat down to discuss the offseason and what it meant for ram nation. We go over the roster changes, who we lost and who we gained and, of course, briefly touch on the coaching transitions that this offseason brought us.
The A10 preseason rankings and awards were handed out and we run through the list to see where VCU landed and also we go over what players got some preseason honors. Also, we look ahead to the season opener against Prairie View.
