Coaches, staffers and members of the media converged at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY today to talk all things Atlantic 10 basketball. Among topics of discussion was the announcement of the A-10 preseason rankings and awards. As expected the Rams were an easy No.1 choice with both Treveon Grahama and Briante Weber earning Atlantic 10 First-Team honors in a rare six-man First Team due to a tie in the voting.
VCU received all 28 first place votes in the poll.
Weber, last year's A-10 Defensive Player of the Year, was selected to the conference's Defensive All-Conference Team.
