D-Fenders.
Rozzell becomes the third most recent Ram to join the NBA subsidiary, following 2007 grad Mike Anderson who shined for the Dakota Wizards this past season, and NBA 1st-round draftee Larry Sanders, who dropped down a few games to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants before rejoining his Milwaukee Bucks squad this past season.
Rozzell will have just three months to get acquainted with his new teammates and coaching staff, as the LA Laker accessory D-Fenders kick off their season November 25th against the aforementioned Wizards. The current NBA lockout does not effect D-League scheduled games.
LA selected eight players on the evening, included top overall pick and former Indiana Pacers guard Jamaal Tinsley.
Hofstra center Greg Washington joins Rozzell as the CAA's only other representative in this year's draft, selected with the 14th pick of the third round by the Rio Grande Valley Vipers.
