Former VCU forward Treveon Graham has agreed to a two-year deal with the Brooklyn Nets, according to Shams Charania, an NBA Insider for Yahoo Sports.

Graham was on the market after the Charlotte Hornets chose not to renew his contract for the 2018-2019 season. In addition to the Nets, he was also seeing interest from the Minnesota Timberwolves and Cleveland Cavaliers.
After his career at VCU, Graham went undrafted, but worked his way to the NBA by starting in the D-League, where he averaged 18.7 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game. The Charlotte Hornets signed him in 2016, and last season he averaged 16.7 minutes per game while shooting 41% from 3 point range.
Treveon Graham fills the final spot available on the Brooklyn Nets roster, a team which is crowded at the wing position (former UVA star Joe Harris, DeMarre Carroll, Dzanan Musa, Caris LeVert, Allen Crabbe). The Nets may look to leverage his versatility by playing him at the power forward position from time to time.
Graham is one of two former Rams currently playing in the NBA, joined by former VCU shooting guard Troy Daniels, who is currently playing for the Phoenix Suns.
