VCU Athletics Unveils New Court Design

<a href="http://www.vcuramnation.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/court.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-8564" title="court" src="http://www.vcuramnation.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/court-300x225.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="225" /></a>This afternoon, VCU pulled the cover off of one of the more discussed topics on the Ram Nation forums - the new court! Design changes were necessary as the CAA logo was to be removed, with the A-10 logo added. But what VCU did in addition to this, is a pleasant surprise. VCU opted to remove the Ram logo from center court, to go with text branding. This is almost certainly a move to push the VCU name to the many TV viewers across the country who will have more opportunity than ever to watch VCU play on national television. Great work by the Athletic department!
