The Bears are coming off yet another successful season under long-time head coach Scott Drew, but one that ultimately ended in disappointment with a NCAA tourney first round loss to the Bulldogs of Yale.

BU will be without the talented duo of Taurean Prince (6'8 220) and Rico Gathers (6'8 275), as well as fellow senior starter Lester Medford, but has become more of a "reloading" than "rebuilding" program under Drew and returns plenty of talent to suggest a very tough first round B4A game for the Rams.

Jonathan Motley and Al Freeman give BU two returning double-digit scorers and some talented experience to help make up for the departing trio. Baylor will also be significantly bigger than last year's team, seeing more minutes for Motley while also bringing in 7' JUCO transfer (who missed last season due to heart testing), Jo Acuil.
