The Rams will miss their third game in a row due to COVID protocols, this one coming in the form of their Atlantic 10 conference-opener against George Mason previously scheduled for this Thursday.
It's the third consecutive game VCU will miss due to COVID. The Rams first had a home contest against Penn State canceled via positive tests within the Nittany Lions' program, then saw the following contest against New Hampshire canceled, but via VCU. The Rams will once again be unable to play this week, thus canceling the scheduled home conference-opener against Mason.
VCU's last game was on Dec 15, a 20-point win against Florida Atlantic. Their next scheduled contest is this Sunday against Davidson at the Siegel Center.
