Will Wade's 2nd commitment for 2016 is Marquell Fraser, a 6'5" combo guard out of Hamilton, Ontario. Marquell is VCU's first Canadian basketball player since Sherman Hamilton in the mid-90s. Will Wade may have struck gold in Fraser, who somewhat flew under the radar in the recruiting process. Marquell is known for his ability to slice and dice defenders and create shots for his team, and has great basketball IQ.
We caught up with Marquell to talk about his plans for VCU this season.
