There are a lot of new faces on the roster this year and just a few returning players. Redshirt sophomore, Issac Vann maybe a face you recognize from having to sit out a year but he's been itching to get back on the court an show the fans what he's capable of.
After a great freshman year at Maine, Vann was recruited by former coach Will Wade but is eager to get out there and play for Coach Rhoades who he said brings a new dynamic to the team.
In this excerpt, Vann also talks about the hardest year of his life, having to view the game from the bench while VCU made it to the NCAA tournament this past season.
