It's video time ya'll.

VCU used a strong second half to pull away from Winthrop for the 92-71 win, the Rams third on the season. Six Rams posted double-digit scoring with junior point guard, Briante Weber, leading all scorers with a game-high of 16. Weber added five steals, four assists and two rebounds on the night.

Freshmen JeQuan Lewis and Mo Alie-Cox were also among that group, both in under 20 minutes of play. Alie-Cox was a force in the paint for the Rams, grabbing six rebounds in his 14 minutes off the bench to go along with his 10 points. Lewis showed that Weber wasn't the only scoring point guard on this squad, aggressively attacking the basket and while contributing 11 points, three steals, four rebounds and two assists in just 16 minutes of play.

Treveon Graham chipped in a ho-hum double-double of 13 points and 10 assists with Juvonte Reddic rounding out the group of double-digit scorers at 11 points on the night.

Winthrop hung with the Rams early behind 6-of-10 shooting from behind the three-point line in the first half. VCU clamped down in the second however, holding the Eagles to just 2-of-9 for the rest of the game.

The black and gold shot a season-high 48 free throws. The Rams coonnected on 34 of those, good for a 70.8% clip on the evening, up from 40% in VCU's dramatic win over UVA a game ago.

The Rams forced 25 turnovers, a second high and their second 20+ performance in three games.

VCU takes on Florida State (2-0) next in the opening round of this year's Puerto Rico Tip-off on Thursday. A win would likely setup VCU for a rematch with No.7 Michigan, the team who ended VCU's 2012-13 season this past March.
