Video: VCU comes from behind, beats ODU 82-75 [INSIDER]

Ram Nation packed the Siegel Center Saturday evening as VCU and Old Dominion would play their 92nd game in the storied rivalry. This game, much like the series between the two, was a hard fought battle, fortunately, VCU was able to come from behind and pull out a 82-75 victory.

Senior Justin Tillman led all Rams in scoring with 28 points, surpassing his previous season/career high of 27 points. The Detroit native also grabbed 6 rebounds for the Rams. Tillman was 10-13 on the night and 4-5 from behind the arc.

Sophomore De’Riante Jenkins scored 23 points on the night and shot 8-14 from the field and also grabbed 6 rebounds. Senior Johnny Williams chipped in 18 points and 9 assists.

The Monarchs had our number in the paint. They outscored us close to the basket, 48-30. VCU was all over the glass though. VCU out rebounded ODU 36 to 27.

VCU moves to 5-3 on the season and will host University of Texas on Tuesday, December 5th.
