During his weekly media session Coach Will Wade looked back at the exhibition against California (PA) and looked ahead to Friday's meeting against Prairie View.
Coach spoke about being shocked prior to the exhibition game when the team found out that Freshman Samir Doughty would be ineligible while they try to get some answers from the NCAA. We also get an update on Junior Doug Brook's status for Friday's home game.
And as good as he looked in those VCU warm ups, Coach Wade lets us know that transfer Johnathan Nwankwo will remain redshirted for the season.
