    Yes.
    I was told not to give specifics.
    They've known this all summer- appealed it, it was rejected and then they went for Melvin Johnson back in July.
    It's just been made public.

    Of course they know there was an issue with the NCAA and that they have know all summer long and that they have appealed it. That was not what I was talking about. It was specifically related to whether it was the HS transfers, the 16 core courses, or if grades and/or SAT was the problem.

    You basically stated that you know for a fact it was grade related only.
