It's THEIR tournament. Not the so-and-so department of health's tournament. Why make a rule if they can just change it or move the goalposts like that?

The Health Department should not have made the call. The NCAA should have stuck by the rule THEY made and said "ok, so they had three players test positive and 9 test negative. Play ball!"

We got SCREWED. THe NCAA said that if 5 players test negative, they can play. VCU only had three negative tests. Tipoff is in half an hour and there is literally no reason the game shouldn't be played other than the NCAA moved the goalposts (not surprising).

Except not really. In the past decade VCU has a dismal record in games where they have a "chip on their shoulder", by either being a lower seed, or the "underdog", or in the big game like the conference championship. I think we'll win Saturday; but as someone else also said, we shouldn't need...

VCU currently has the best Conference winning percentage since joining, the best conference tournament winning percentage since joining, and the best overall winning percentage in the conference since joining, but when they get to that Final game in [usually] Brooklyn, something goes wrong. Sad...
