Yes they do charter like the mens team. There is a significant amount of $$ being poured into women's hoops budget wise. The program gets everything they ask for from a financial standpoint. The return on investment is just not there.

Om One of the women's basketball staff members told me that we lost out on a big recruit recently because a bigger school came in late and offered $80K for her to come there. We had been recruiting her since 8th grade. We had no NIL $$ to offer. Money talks.
