You're right, I have til nov 10th to deliver them. Once they're delivered I get the funds. The buyer does not have the option to back out at this point. So for "something" to happen it would be me not the buyer. So in my opinion they're sold.

Well I can you that's not true, I sold 4. It'll tell you exactly what tickets sold if you act like you are listing tickets. When it asks for your price it'll give you an option to see tickets already sold for that event.
