Gilyard and Francis give them a good shot. It will depend on whether they are shooting well in that one. West Virginia will try to bully them down low. In my opinion it will not be much of a point spread by Vegas.
I agree their shooting will be a big positive. Also, Golden's ability to step outside the paint and score will help. WVU will try to bully but Golden is a Senior who has both size and strength (not as strong as the WVU trio) he will hold his own and Matt Grace will give the 5 fouls to use.

I see UR winning this one.

Any win against a P5 is a good win for the Conference. We need all our guys to win outside the conference in order for us to have a shot at an at-large should we not win the Conference Tourney.

Providence got off to a hot start but Davidson’s caught up. 35-31 Providence late in the first half.

They have a chance for sure. I also will celebrate their success should they knock off WVa.

Frankly it's nice to have them help the A-10 in the OOC for a change. UR has been an A-10 boat anchor for the better part of a decade.

The mighty Fayers nearly lose their opener to 0-2 Eastern Illinois and Davidson about to miss an excellent opportunity at a quality win over Providence
