While the schedule as not officially been announced.... From what I saw, this is our schedule for the year (OOC is in chronological order, Conference play is not yet).

What do you all think about our schedule?
I like the schedule.. there are definitely some exciting teams to watch on it (UNC/ODU/Wake) not sure how the team will fare with its current roster though... still will support the ladies hard work though.

The OOC schedule will definitely help us get ready for conference play for sure.... we played Wake 2 years ago at Wake & kept it close, however with the exception of Jailyn, Nyra & Danielle.... none of this team has faced Wake, so it will be interesting to see how we do. odu has a new coach and last year we crippled them at home, so it will be interesting to see how this team fairs down in Norfolk.

UNC is almost certainly a buy game... but it would be good to see us put up a good fight against them. Also interested to see what Cincy is like. It will also be interesting to see how we rebound from the loss to Radford last year where the slow start in the first quarter, and the rough 4th quarter ultimately cost us the game. Same for Georgetown.

I feel like we will be better this year, more chemistry and hopefully we can turn some of those close losses or blown leads into wins.

Should be an interesting, yet much more competitive season. Healthier, more experienced and better team Chemistry. Toward the end of the season we definitely saw flashes of good basketball along with an understanding of the game (especially on defense), the first time we played Saint Josephs, we had a complete meltdown in the 2nd, when you compare that game to the first round of the playoffs, we played much better. I think its a matter of being consistent throughout the game and season.

Did the women have a scrimmage today along with the men's Black and Gold game?
