GMU is 9-1! Their best start in 36 years. Can't wait to play them on January 5th.
They should be 9-1 playing that OOC schedule. And their only loss is to the only decent team they have played so far, Maryland, which they lost by 23 points. Also, they beat Jacksonville State by 7. That's the same Jacksonville State team that VCU beat by 28. It appears they consulted with Fordham before putting together their OOC schedule.

I know this is being trivial, but, I'm watching the UMass/South Carolina game. UMass got rid of the parquet floor and replaced it with regular hardwood and a stained image of the State of Massachusetts that's bigger than the actual state.

Agreed. It is a pretty crappy schedule!

UVA is offensively challenged and is playing without one of their best players, Braxton Key. They will have more games like this. Well, maybe not 29 points, but some double digit losses, particularly on the road.
They're worse on offense than we were last year, and their pace of play makes it worse against teams that manage to score (to be fair, their defense is great as usual). I would expect quite a few losses once ACC play starts.

Again, mason would have been either one game above or below with that schedule. In addition, they have 1 win over Nebraska by 18 and won the Cayman island classic. Not bad for a team that lost their all star pg Otis livingston. Hargett, their new starting pg has been sensarional.

Not opponent related but DePaul students just stormed the court after beating an unranked Texas Tech team to go to 9-0 which hasn’t been done since the early 90s.
