Why would the A10 be pressuring VCU?
Probably not now that UR is well out of the NCAA picture. But if they had won tonight, Mooney was begging the A10 to set up another quality game for them to improve their stock.

In other words Bernadette asking us to help her out of the mess that she created.

Maybe there’s a local high school that’s willing to play them.
I think Teen Wolf's old team is available.

Bonnies Regular season Champs. 11-4 A10 VCU 10-4

Bonnies played Duquesne twice, Fordham, Joes, and Lasalle. We played Joes and Lasalle once. If only we could have won played Fordham.

Maybe if we had the same record they win due to a tie breaker. However, their being the winner just kind of seems unworthy.

Yes, I get it good team, they smashed us once and they have good HC that has built them into contenders. However.

Here's to our guys healing quickly and winning the thing outright.

I mean, it could be necessary if we lose our first game in the tournament, and considering one of our potential opponents is Rhody...
If we lose our next game our NCAA dreams will be in jeopardy. The league is down and beat itself up even further today with loses by the Bonnies and Fur. Losing 3 of our last 4 games and expecting to have our name called on Selection Sunday may lead to tears depending on how things shake out in other conference tournaments. We need to win the next game.

Only fair. We might need two.

Honestly losing that many games in Feb is not the way you get in. Other teams are making their last min cases all month. I realize we’re banged up but if we can only win one game in a month and a half going into selection Sunday we can’t complain to being left out.

That Feb required a miracle run through CAA tourney against a very tough Drexel, 25th ranked Mason, and stacked odu team that beat us 2 out of 3 that year and would have made a run if not for playing Butler in the first round. Not to mention a committee that got absolutely ripped to shreds for putting us in over VA Tech. That year was cool but it took everything possible going our way to get in.

Hence, the “Agree we need to win” followed by a link from the past showing we did just that to get to the tourney. Who knows what it’ll take this year esp w/r/t game locations ( but there’s a separate thread for that hot mess)...
