For reference, here's our breakdown for this year, but using last year's NET ratings for teams (this is from Nolan and will probably be updated today)

I just did a quick calculation based on our opposing teams' NET rankings [and where we played]. We're:
Q1: 0-2 (WVU Neutral, PSU Away)
Q2: 2-0 (USU Neutral, Memphis Neutral)
Q3: 2-0 (ODU and MSM Home)
Q4: 4-0 (NC A+T, Western Carolina, JMU at Home, SJU Away)

To a novice like me and looking around at some other teams, the NET seems to value wins without slipping up against Q2, Q3 and Q4.

Last year there was a site with a great layout to quickly analyze NET resume. I believe it was bracketologists.com but it seems to have been swallowed by the Sarlacc pit of the internet.

Edit: Then again on the home page VCU is 8-2 overall 1-7 Quad 1...

I did notice that the schedule is not current (lists last year's schedule), but the Net ranking is up to date.
