Bones is better since arriving here. Trying to understand your comment
D3 players have heart, but it doesn't mean they are talented. To play at the level( hope) we are looking for, you better have talent and heart. Not easy playing D1 so hopefully the heart is already there, if not, you can just play club sports.

No, they just become successful D1 head coaches.

He has a huge ceiling. Just scratching the surface. Hasn't even played AAU yet. Tremendous potential.
from late April of this year...

“Initially, I did play shooting guard and three years ago I started growing, so I was moved to a combo. Two years ago, I moved to center which was very awkward for me because I was so used to handling the ball and shooting. So, I got with a trainer and learned post moves and more ballhandling. This year, my coach didn’t know where to play me so later in the season, he allowed me to play the three and four, and that allowed me to progress tremendously with my game.”

With Henderson playing multiple positions over the last few years, it has allowed him to keep his guard-like skills and be a threat from multiple areas, while also using his length to be a threat on both ends down low. Henderson also says it has helped him increase his IQ and understanding of position on the court. His primary focus is to play the forward position but he has been able to expand his game by bringing the ball up the court off the rebound, showing his versatility as well as his ability to stretch the floor.

His game has helped him earn offers from Norfolk State and now Southern Utah, offers that he is blessed to have as he continues to enjoy the recruiting process.

He also has been hearing from schools like Iona, Old Dominion, Hampton, VCU, Virginia Tech, Western Kentucky, Boston College, UConn, and few others.

“They’ve been building a relationship with me and my family, discussing the positions of interest,” Henderson told Phenom Hoops. “I think UConn, VCU, and Virginia Tech are my strongest three.”

I agree - tremendous upside with Henderson. This is sometimes an overused term but I think very applicable here. He is sort of the reverse for a developing big. He has perimeter skills and is now learning to play the post. He was a wing for a good time and now has to perfect playing inside because of his 6'10" height. He is working hard in terms of learning the post. If that comes to fruition as expected - look-out. You could literally have a big man that could play 3/4/5. He is also a local guy(Chester). If in fact he is able to play this year his recruitment will likely blow-up in the Spring. There's simply not too many 6'10" guys out there with serious athleticism and perimeter skills.

I think I heard/saw somewhere that Will transferred to Scotland Campus in Scotland, PA for his Senior year. That is up near Chambersburg. Not sure of this but think it may be the case. Just for accuracy. I also believe he now has offers from Boston College and Wake Forest.

Yes he did transfer up there. He was interested in the Steward school but it didn't work out. Their season has already started. Memphis and Ole Miss have begun recruiting him also. I expect his offers will pick up as the season moves along.
