SLU is in the same boat as us, poised to make serious noise and then injuries threw a colossal wrench into things and now trying to see who can figure it out the fastest.

I'm not sure if I would call it a resume building win. They're 3-4, but have beaten enigmatic P5 schools. Think is a wait and see win.
Probably. They were picked 4th in the Mountain West, so it seems likely that this will be a decent win by the end of the season.

I'm not entirely convinced this game is going to happen, but we'll see.
I sure hope it does. Just having that game counting towards their NET will do wonders for them I'm sure. Even if they have to trot out 4 players and a waterboy make it happen!!

Voyeuristically, I checked out the ODU board and was shocked to see their hottest thread is about if and which bowl they may get. I can't imagine us or any respectable basketball program salivating over maybe getting a CIT or Vegas invite. College football confuses the heck out of me.
