Anthony Grant looks like he’s about to kill someone. Amzil just committed a charge and got a tech for mouthing off at the ref.

This is looking like another classic A10 out-of-conference schedule wherein the conference squanders all its signature win opportunities and is fighting for 1 or 2 bids in March.
Yeah. Those 4-5 A10 bids that people were predicting in the preseason are not going to materialize. Same old same old. And we’re part of the problem.

At the current pace, the CAA could have two bids (Likely Charleston and Towson) and the A-10 only one, which is something not many people imagined would ever happen after we joined.

Such reasonably high expectations with such poor results by the top tier of A10. Sadly, not ready for prime time.

It was also 2A and JM had D1 players on their roster.

The Virginia High School League rates schools on enrollment only .... demographics might be a better guideline. It would be nice if ex Rams Ed Sherod and LaMar Taylor (both out of JM) could help VCU recruit on the North Side, but I'm not too sure what kind of relationship there is nowadays.

San Francisco @ Davidson- 2 PM (ESPN+)
Loyola-Chicago @ Harvard- 2 PM (ESPN+)
BYU vs Dayton- 3:30 PM (ESPNU)
St. Bonaventure vs Notre Dame- 4 PM (ESPN+)
Nebraska vs Memphis- 5:30 PM (ESPN News)
William & Mary @ Pittsburgh- 7 PM (ESPN+ / ACCNX)
San Francisco and Davidson should be a fun one. The Dons have no “signature” wins but are 6-0, and Davidson is probably the only A-10 team with wins that have aged well (Wright State and South Carolina).
