Former URI coach David Coxx is a DC guy with alot of strong DMV connections. He pulled the Mitchell Twins from the transfer portal after they left Maryland maybe the same year.

That's true. But the staff does play it close to the vest on many Prioritized prospects...the staff was interested enough to have him in for UR game.
